I have a mule deer doe draw until the 30th. I am from PG so I am unable to drive to Quesnel everyday. I have hunted the 500,2700 and French rd but still no luck or sightings. Does anyone have any suggestions for other roads or if there are farmers in the area with problem deer? any info is appreciated.

I agree. Just keep at it, they're there.

But, If you want to see some new country I'd head south to the Moffatt Lake Road.

Watch for active hauling on the Sundberg Rd/Maud Lake Rd. Was in there last week on a grouse hunt, talked with some good guys hauling out of there. Once on the Sundberg Rd/Maud Lake Rd it is one lane only most of the way in.

Got out all day on Monday with a few deer sighed but most on private land. Will try again on thursday. I hiked in quite a ways into the pipeline and there was fresh sign but nothing jumped out at me...thats hunting though. Big thank you to Jordan-Camo-redneck for a good day.

Just about 1 klm south of Ahbau creek on hwy 97 there is an approach on the west side of the hwy. Two concrete blocks will stop you from driving in. Its an easy walking road in and you will see deer. There is room for a quad to get by. Ive seen does everytime ive been there. 45 mins from prince. Not sure if that is in the D zone.

That's area is 5-15. Between the Cottonwood river and the Ahbua creek is 5-15. If you're still looking, Nyland Lake is still a good bet. Stay on the 500 as you past Nyland Lake.
