Sorry for using two threads, haven't got multiple pictures figured out. The first was dad's first whitetail buck in about 15 years, and the first deer hunting we've done together in about 12 years or so. He got the buck about 20 minutes after first shooting light, and I got the cow moose about an hour and twenty minutes after that. I think I've got him hooked on hunting here in Alberta now. Hope everyone is having a great season.

Yeah, she staggered in a circle and spewed it everywhere. It took me about five minutes to walk to her, and she was already down when I got to where she had gone into the trees. She was completely expired by the time I got to her. Thanks for the kind replies, guys.

enjoy them while you can.
i lost my dad/hunting partner a couple years ago.
hunting just wasn't the same after that.
i just starting feeling the itch again this year a bit.
but it's still not the same.
