Elk Jerky Recipes?

With a big rosie bull elk in the freezer, im trying to find a good jerky recipe to try somethin differant other than steaks,sausage,roasts,burger etc..
I have tried elk jerky numerous times before and loved it everytime, alwase wanted to make a batch myself

Thats basically my marinade for venison steaks
I used a dry rub very simular

Steak Spice
Lots of Pepper
Salt
Garlic
Soya
I like a lil' heat so any hot sauce is good

Then into the smoker with hickory chips (not to much I prefer one pan Max) usually 3/4 full, for 4 hrs at 150
