My Biggest Buck so far

I was out with my kids last week out in Otter Point. it was nice because this was the first time my GF's son was able to come with us. We came accross him out in a patch of woods but was not able to get a shot. When I saw the doe he was with I was able to get in behind her and bump her into the open...I saw that he was following her like he was on a string. She stopped to have a pee and I zeroed in on that spot. I waited and just like it was scripted he stopped to have a sniff. I was at full draw and waiting for him him to move his near leg forward. As soon as he did my arrow flew the 20yrs to him and straight through noth lungs. He took off running and so did she... after a short 30 yrd run he stumbled and drove his face into the dirt. Kids jumping for joy. I had to ge the kids to hockey so we dragged him out to the car and cleaned him up at home for pictures. Felt good to get the kids in on another sucessful hunt.

I think the p and y minimum is for a colombian blacktail is 100 if I am wrong then it is 90, either way I am sure you are there. My buddy got one last year that made it and it wasn't near that big, Fred Pringle lives in Metchosin and is an official measurer for BandC and PandY I can give you his contact info if you want. He is also a bit of a blacktail enthusiast, collector you might say and has some spectacular island racks.
