Hello out there,

There are alot of great home cooks out there, some of which are also great duck hunters. So I am hoping that together we can create a great cookbook for all dishes centered on or that include ducks and geese.

1. This recipe feeds two adults and one 10 year old.
Two mallards or one goose sliced thinly and marinated in orange juice and leanperrins for an afternoon or overnight.
One can waterchestnuts, one can baby corn, fresh vegtables sauteed in wok with garlic, salt, pepper and honey. Sautee vegies to desired tenderness than add waterchestnuts and baby corn.

Drain meat and season with salt and pepper sear off in fry pan, DO NOT OVER COOK. Toss in a bowl with honey and garlic and to stirfried vegtables and enjoy.

Can't waite to try some of your recipes :)

Happy hunting and cooking
