Hey guys, haven't been into the hills for over a week and I'm just wondering if anyone has been by frozen lakes in the Kamloops area? I'm thinking the small 4000'+ lakes should have a layer started possibly?
Send me a pm if necesarry. I don't need a lake name, just an elevation around the kamloops area would be awesome.
Thanks guys!

I left Logan Lake a few days ago and there was no sign of ice yet. Even the Coq Lakes had no ice on them when I saw them on the way home and that is high.

No ice yet, you can keep an eye on tunkwa lake website, it usually goes hard the same time as red lake.

It's a little early I think. Problem with the high lakes is that they get a load of snow on a thin sheet of ice. Next thing you know, you step out and find your boot tops at water level. Nothing much gives the twins more tingle than that.

Thanks guys! Never been out in the first few days of December but I'm hoping I can this year as the hunting season has been good to me!
I'd like to get on one of the higher elevation lakes before there is 3' of snow O.o
