Been seeing this doe around quite a bit, finally got a picture of her... First time I saw her, i thought maybe she had been ran by dogs and was exhausted, but she was not breathing heavy or anything...

She lets the thing hang out 24/7, but it does not seem to stop her from eating or anything. She looks healthy...

Any ideas??

She probably licked a metal fence pole during the coldest day of the yr...ran off and ended up with a 4' tongue that no longer retracts.

I know there was one like that around Cranbrook a couple years ago, but I think she had a chunk of her lower jaw missing.

She sure look stocky and healthy.

Pull out your member and see if she licks her lips.

Rocky, So many of the deer in Cranbrook have varying degrees of poor health. Limping, lumps, disease, old wounds to which they would have succumbed in the wild. Too many hip checks from vehicles.

I think she was a window licker on the little bus, but forgot to make sure the bus was stopped beofre she stuck her tongue to it....
