having 12ppl for dinner tonight, bbq venison back straps, proscuitto wrapped rabbit loins, rabbit and grouse stew nice salad and good loaf of bread good glass of wine, hunting season has been good to us this year

Got two elk steaks marinaded over night, ready for the BBQ today.

did them in Garlic,oil,Lots of pepper,Salt,Worstershire.. Dont like to over do it with the marinade

I'll be doing W/T stew meat and chic peas in a korma sauce on a bed of basmati rice. Haven't figured out the salad yet but it'll probably include raisins and yogurt. Picking up a bottle of Bacardi Anjeo to have after.
