last time I was in there it was all overgrown bush and no visibility, , , doesn't mean the deer aren't there though

Tough going and a lot of the largest mature bucks in there are only 3 points so be careful and know the boundaries of the mu.

I've spent a lot of time a few km down the hwy and have seen a fair share of deer and black bear. I don't know of a trip that I didn't see a black bear that I could have taken a shot at.
The Mulies are tough to hunt there, but are plentiful in areas. I took my first buck ever from there and it was a nice 4x3. The terrain's pretty steep in areas, so make sure you shoot them up hill.
I've seen a few moose up there too.

lots of deer, and lots and lots of big stinky salmon eating black bear,if thats what youre after it should be a slam dunk as far as the black bear is consern, thick bush in that area so be prepare to shoot at close range,if u have a bush gun thats what i would use,i have had many close encounter with big black bears in there, just hike the spuzzum creek ,watch for the IR boundary.
Rough roads and tough hunting, but rarely see other hunters. Rugged country so take a friend or SPOT. See cougar in that area too. Good luck!
spuzzum cr fsr had loggin last year . i know one of the guys driving loggin truck out of there

I've been eyeing that area too. Is the road just north of Spuzzum creek still region 2? Where does Region 3 start?
