poorly written but lessens to learn from it. I've the stuff to make a night like that bearable in a fly fishing vest. Hunt fish or a hike I put it on, never had to use it for anything like that. But have used everything in it at one time or another.

That young man must have learned those skills from some mentor! Brave young fellow, kudos to him, his hunting crew, and to the search and rescue crew! Preparedness cannot be understated when in the outdoors!! Moosin

Moosin. Not verry often the well prepard back country hiker or hunter gets in to trouble. Is the guy that goes to far or to long, misjudges the terrain that gets in to truble. Even the most experienced get the wake up call once in awhile. So have fun take that extra time to think things through. Come home with a good story and lots of pics.

shows how quickly and easily things can go wrong.
i used to get carried away all the time when tracking a buck.
i'd just keep going and going.
one can never be too careful or over-prepared.
