Just passing on a good marinade, take the venison steaks, I used 4 large ones, used a whole garlic diced, a jalapeno pepper seeds and all diced, steak spice, apple cider vinegar (half cup approx) enough to cover them and mix all the ingredients evenly over steaks leave in the fridge over night turn the steaks a few times make sure to coat them evenly toss on the BBQ 350 I find 4 min a side is pretty good for 3/4" 1" steaks like if you like it rarer but obv to each their own, I did this last night and they were amazing, a nice heat and great flavour. All ingredients are use as much as you like to fit your needs
