Swarovski service closed

Had to send in both binos and spotter this fall, and found that the Canadian service and warranty is no longer handled by Canodi.
All units are to be sent to Swarovski in the US. Hoping for the same good results without too much delay.

Good news for us "grey market" guys. The outlet in rhode island is better than the Canadian one anyway.

Sent both mine in to R.I. & got them back within a month. Sent them out of Blaine. Came back like new!

What was wrong with them? Haven't heard of many Swaro problems?

The power adjust on the eyepiece locked up solid, slight gritty sound just prior, so don't know if that is a failure or some crap lodged where it shouldn't be.
Scope body and binos just sent for service, focus on the binos wasn't as smooth as original, but these have both seen some abuse over the years.
