Slok creek is good as well as Lee creek which is 3 or 4 km before. Never seen a moose in either area, just deer. Moose are further up the road in the Upper Mackay or Hogsback mountain areas. Drive right thru from Lillooet to the Ferry it's a very nice drive. Good luck with the hunt.

It's all good, just thought maybe there might be another watershed in the area I didn't know about.

I spent a week there two years ago the second to the last week of the season with the local outfitter and had permission to hunt most of the ranches along the river. Saw exactly one very small four point with perhaps 2" forks. I couldn't believe the lack of quality deer there. My neighbor and his friend spent the last four days in the same area not seeing single 4 pt... so... good luck in there.

In fact I was supposed to go the year earlier but the outfitter hadn't seen a 4 point that fall yet in any of their scouting so asked that I hold back a year.
