Planing my first Yukon hunt

Hello,
I'm planning my first out-of-province hunt. My friend invited me to come over for a visit to Witehorse and go for a hunt.
Any advice on a source of official info where I can update my knowledge on all legal aspects and specifics of out-of-province? Do I need any special permits? Where do I purchase my tags? Are there any restrictions or limitations for me vs locals?
