This was today in 3-39. The snow was this morning's. No wonder things are tough. Myself and a partner are getting together sometime soon with the electronic pred call, a lot of coffee and junk food and we're going to spend some time and see if we can't put a dent in these mothers

I saw the same thing in 3-20 last year. It started out as a couple sets of tracks then two different roads merged together. There was then about 8 different sets of tracks. It looked like they had a greeting party at the split in the road as the tracks went in circles and all over the place, then they continued on down the road for a km or so.

Was up in 3-29 Tuesday. Lots of wolf sign in several places and some old kills picked clean. Saw a single grey wolf off Sawmill main just west of the Wendego Lodge entrance. As we were moving location and driving he ran off down the road like a bullet. Checked were he went into cover no chance of ever seeing again. Rare sight to see them out in the open like that.
