Was out yesterday wwith Brotherjack and just at sunset we saw this fawn cross the road so we stopped and looked around and Adam says there's the doe and then he says there's a buck! i got out of the truck and it ran into the bush 30 yards or so. I crouched down in the ditchline and scoped him and waited for him to move and he did and bang that was it. The old 3006 took him down right away. He kicked once or twice and that was it. Last day at last light but, this was my first buck ever taken as I just statred hunting again this year after 25 years. Great day!

Can't seem to get the pictures loaded, I will get Brotherjack to load them for me.

Nice buck, congrats. Looks a bit like the whitetail i shot this year with the short points and kind of palmated antlers. Nice.

Way to go Len....You haven't hunted for 25 years and now that your hanging around with BroJ, you are out slaying them....

I think BroJ is a bad influence on you, also look at his wifes photo gallery...BroJ is sure hard on our wildlife populations....
