5 day Hunting trip back to region 3 - around tunkwa and above the mine

didn't get any deer but saw a 31 does, 5 moose. Trying to get help my Brother's Mulie after my region 3 early season buck. I still owe him big time for that one. My non-hunting cousin form alberta also tagged along to learn how to track game. You don't have to bag game everytime to have fun, sure we had a little hunter depression the last day, but we had a blast just getting to hang out and track animals for a week. good times. 2 day trip to region 8 tomorrow with my brother...taking his little guy ( 6yrs old). so it should be pretty light hunting. took him out blacktail hunting last year and he got so mad when 2 does came right to the truck and we did not take them. didn't quite grasp the difference between a doe and a buck they were all just deer.

That sounds like most of my trips to the area. Lots and lots of does, a few moose and few bucks. I was fortunate enough to get a buck out of the area earlier this season, so they're up there!
I love the picture of the sleeping cousin. I did that a few times in my first years of hunting.
