Latest intel is there will be 20 habitat enforcement officers in all of canada, 10 in burlington and 10 in winnipeg. Yes, 10 officers based in winnipeg in charge of the entirety of western canada and the arctic.

Now that is some good planning.

I've dealt with DFO and MoE on matters, and believe you me, its plenty bureaucratic and there is fat to trim. Well, in my opinion, that goes for most layers of our government, municipal on up. 2 guys doing the job for the other 20 in the department (and yes, the fat cats at the top are often the most useless)
