Had an awesome morning shooting ducks, first duck shoot this year!!! Big thanks to Lorne Parker...

Got the call last evening to see if I might be able to take part in a shoot the next morning, as luck would have it I had a meeting to attend so was free in the morning to get out...

He did not disappoint, the spectacle of birds that were dumping into the field before legal time was awesome, I knew we were in for a good shoot.

Opening time came and we started shooting, I was not as on as I would have wished or we could have wrapped it up even sooner, but we managed a 2 man limit and had everything packed up by just after 8:30.

13 Mallards, 2 Widgeon and 1 GW Teal

Glad you could make it. Had a great time. You shot fine but Next time bring a gun that shoots more then one shell! :)

Having close to 1000 ducks pour in groups 0f 10-200 before legal time never gets old.

Was just starting to get sloppy on top, remarkable how solid it was below, did get muddy but well worth it...!!!
