anybody make canned moose?

Hey folks,

A couple years ago i had some canned moose from a coworker and it was amazing! just wondering if anyone has a recipe for this?

Yup, and there is a whole thread on this in this section, too. I think the thread is called "canned deer" :)

"Google" is your friend canned meats are so nice open add to vegetables and instant very tender stews. I do mine with a pinch of pickling salt, a touch of vinegar, mustard seed and garlic (whole clove)

it is a good way to save meat, and is so good,, i also add a packege of dryed onion, makes good flaver, real makes to much water,, good luck,,
