Well after a rather lack luster early season, to much other stuff on the go. The fire team got together to put a hurting on the lards in the area.
Lorne, Mrs, SKS and I went to one of our fields for a quick afternoon shoot for a 2 man limit. Mrs. SKS got her shots in too. It was over in less time then it took us to setup ;)

do to a failure of basic math there is only 15 birds there for the head counters, and yes they are mostly susies thats how we roll. And I must inform you that as the ethical hunters we are we let them land and swat them so as to not wound any and make clean kills :tongue:

i did a drive through merritt, spences bridge, trash creek, and savona.
they were everywhere there was water.

Ya Dan, she didn't even have her license till yesterday. She has been to busy to get out and look for things to kill

SHould be 16 more dead tomorrow, Covered in birds right now. Couple other fellas in the back 40 setting up some sort of fence line blind mid morning today, should make for a fun morning shoot!

No i didnt ask them if they wanted to join up :)
