I love that gun, it's like an extension of my body when I shoulder it. Congrats on the band, jealous of the wood duck!

Nice work. That bird was banded on my birthday and on the exact day I got married as well. That's a lucky birdy.

What choke tube do you have in your sx3?
The choke is an extended Briley modified. It's from one of my clays guns. Tom used to use the modified choke Winchester extended tube that came with my SX3 Sporting model but I sold the gun to a guy in Lethbridge. Make sure to keep the tubes well lubricated, we've had a few problems getting them out of Tom's gun before but we check it often now!

Hey Dano, what brand of duck call is the one on your neck with the wood/poly combination?

You don't want that call it lets out an uncontrollable Hut Hut after a glorious Hail call .
The guy in the picture is my buddy Tom, he has a couple double reed calls, I can't remember the name but I'll find out for you. One of the calls was my dad's, Tom is getting getting good with it now, he called in the banded bird while I was out with the dog getting a bird she didn't mark. Tom has talked to the maker and got great help and one of the calls had a crack and the part was replaced very quickly with no questions asked.
I use some old Yentzen calls, I've used them since the mid-70's. One is a double reed which sounds very low and raspy, the other is a double reed which I don't use as much as the triple reed.
I tried out the Zink PH-2 at Cabellas a few months ago and would consider it if I were to get a newer call.
Here's the Yentzen:

And of course if you want a real winning combo, I recommend:
