First moose on the ground!!!

Frickin Awesome day,headed out to 6-4 for gos today found 4 bulls and took the biggest 45 inch not bad I thought for my first moose.It was a-lot of work I reckon though.Awesome is all I can say!I'd like to put some pics up for everyone but don't know how.thanks

Gotta love that region 6 gos! Yet another hunt the ministry is trying to dissolve. Good on ya! Its all fun until the bull his the ground, then the work begins. But worth it!

Well I just got out of the butcher and weight was 577 on the hook seems alright what is the avg. weight I'm almost
guessing more than that?:-D

nice wieght mine was 530 on the hook that was was a region 3 bull

How big was the rack swamp donkey?the butcher said he just had one and it was 744 biggest he's seen from Atlin area.

Nicely done. There is no such thing as a 'small' moose. Put your pics on photobucket and you can attach it by linking it. Would love to see. That's where my group LEH was this year. Heard there was some snow up there recently and it got cold. Gotta love having a freezer full.

Nice bull! I just got a tri palm a couple weeks ago. Not nearly that big though! Mine was 485 on the hook

Great looking bull! Congratulations. I've hunted 6-4 and 6-9 many times in the past. Haven't seen many that size during the GOS. Usually smaller bulls at this time. Well done!
