2 Days Left What to Do?

Three trips and no 6 point elk and with two days to go I find fresh elk sign at the back of my property and up the mountain a few hundred meters. What to do? Not enough time to figure out their patterns should I try bugling, cow calling, keep walking or sit put? What would you do??

find a good spot to glass in the area that you have been seeing sign. do a little cow calling, but i wouldn't be too agressive, if its a spot that has seen lots of pressure. be patient with the time you have and good luck. they are still responding, i heard of a few near you getting smoked in the last couple days

just take a nap and worry about it next year.

Hunt em' like whitetails this time a year........the bulls need high quality feed right now, so try and catch them coming to or leaving a feeding area. I wouldn't use calls.....just sit and wait where you know they're feeding.
