Well we had one of those mornings yesterday where the Geese started early and just kept coming in flock after flock.
Field Marshal invited a new hunter to the field today. It was great fun introducing him to waterfowling. I met him early at Tim Hortons so I could show him the way to Field Marshal's place. I made a few suggestions like "Wait until they get real Close" "Don't shoot to early" etc....
Well the action Started early and didn't finish until we had our limits at around 930 am.
Now I just need to remember to listen to my own advice. As is customary on a shoot like this there were some great shots some chaos and some not so great shots.
Our guest proved he was a natural shot and a good guy to have in the blind.
Thanks Field Marshal for your hospitality
Cheers Naes

Thanks again to you and FM. Nothing like learning under such great conditions. Good weather and lots of birds.

And yes 'Don't shoot until given the command' good advice to follow. =)

Was a lot of fun. Can't wait to go again.
