duck/goose hunting on the cheap

Im looking for advice on flagging/decoying on the cheap. Anyone make your own flags? I mainly hunt ina marsh with high reeds

Flags are 20 bucks. Sure you can make your own for $10 and some work, but why?

Fair enough haha. all i know is i feel like an embezzler constantly hitting the bank for gear, wife is due in around 4 weeks, so i am trying to behave. Found some decent camo at wss, so all i need now is some kind of decoy setup, then start the learning process with the calls.
