Try any grocery store with a butcher. IF you ask the butcher they'll normally sell you some

Red barn market on vanalman will sometimes sell casings if you call ahead. I bought some in Duncan at the meat market too. They were about $11.00 for 24 lbs worth of smokie size.
Order from Stuffers in Langley, they only take 2-3 days in the mail.
Do you want natural or synthetic ? Glenwood meats has it all and your best bet ! I think I paid $30 & it makes 100 kgs of sausage !

I have kept collagen casings in a zip-lock in the crisper tray of the fridge for over a year and they worked out great. I would guess once the natural are open they would have a shorter shelf life but I don't know for sure.

They come heavely Salted I put my left overs in the freezer ! My Dr Freind who makes alot more sausage then me keeps his in the fridge for up to or more than a year ! I would check with the butcher ! I searched Victoria for the right casings & found Glen wood meats to have it all ! Good Luck !
