So I'm up in my elk spot on a one week hunt two days got lost to visiting family but the past three I've found a nice Bice bull he's held up in a stand of large larch in the middle of open grass land with small pines first night I snuck in the larch and listened to his antlers move through the thick pines and few minutes later he bugles from far off in some thick bottom land
Next morning tried to hike in above him on some rocky bluffs with cover found his bed with fresh piss and droppings made some cow calls but nothing that evening sat in a ground blind below the larch stand and waited for him to move to bottom land but nothing. The only calling I've done is one or two cow calls every 10-15 minutes as I don't have much experience with calls any one have tips on how I can call in this bull
