First hunt of the year

Short version. It was all over in less than an hour. Three limits of Mallards. Birds were even landing in the dekes while we packed things up.

I do miss waterfowling back in MB. So many great shoots for ducks and geese around Riverton or further up in the interlake before I left in 95.

But...may be trying to get back for 5 days of muzzie hunting for whiteys with my Dad. A whitey trip that is long overdue.
