Came across a young cow at the side of the road at about 5km on Elkhart Road this morning - hind quarters were taken and the rest left to the birds. Sad to see, found the same thing off Summer Creek road across the connector last September. Man I hate to see this sort of thing out there..

Just reaks of a grouip off people that claim to protect mother earth..............maybe not but odds are. Same thing happened last year before the whitie doe season in that neck of the wood, and that was natives. Ive got nothing against aboriginal rights..... go sharpen your stick jump on your pony and have at er boys but the gun slotter is BS.

Leaving meat in the bush is illegal - doesn't matter who you are the COs will hand you a nice fine or a court date if you want.

Doe season is not open for you or me yet but that did not matter for a certain group of people from Penticton.
