I've got three ruffies that I plucked and gutted , so they look like chickens .
I was thinking of stuffing them with last seasons deer sausage , maybe glazing then and then roasting them for thanksgiving .
Can any one suggest recipes or where to find one foy a whole roast grouse .
I also found a decent handful of blueberries while looking for deer last tues , they had been out on the branch and had seen a few frosts , werent all that pretty but theyre really sweet ( like grapes used for ice wine ).
I'd like to use the bluberries in a glaze , one of the chefs at the hotel I work at suggested a poultry sauce .
Any Ideas ?

I stuffed some ruffies with garlic mashed potatoes and grated cheddar, then wrapped them in bacon held in plasce with toothpicks, into the oven for an hour at 200f, the onto the plate...awesome,,like little cornish hens

.330 did you mean 200f or was that a typo? 200 seems a bit low.
