Hi guys,
I'm new to the forums. I'm going grouse hunting on the weekend. I was wondering if any of you know any good grouse locations near Hope and Harrison hot springs area; I live in Langley by the way. Any reply would help a lot.
Thanks for your time.

Skagit valley, 1st turn off after the small lake on the right, stay to the right of the y. You'll see a small overgrown road, it's very narrow and steep on the right side. You'll have to follow it all the way to where the landing used to be, but I saw a ton of grouse up there a couple weeks ago.

Anywhere I'm pulling a quiet stalk seems to be great grouse areas.....always gives the ticker a good shocking.

Blue Grouse are the worst for that. Quiet still-hunting for Mulw deer, and then four massive ones explode 10 feet away.
Never fails to scare the crap oitta me!
Good luck on your hunt! What's up there Sky, Ruffies only? Spruce?

Was up Around Greenstone Mountain near Kamloops for the past week and we were seeing about 3 or 4 a day, usually singles.
