The one with the trash up top is the one that interests me. That pic was taken a month ago in velvet.
Would like to see him again :D

The typical might be good in a year or two, it's the non-typ that I like.
There was a PIG there two years ago (have pics somewhere) but he disappeared somehow. :-(
I'm sure some trespasser is very proud of his trophy.

The buck in the last set of pictures has some potential. Weak fronts right now but it looks like he has a nice boxy frame. Would like to see how much he puts on next year!

Wide frame, yes, decent tops (August, remember) The fronts need some work I think. :D

I hope you have mucho patience, Amigo.

These buggers come and eat my mentors mentors plums, then vanish.
Only ones that can shoot them are the pricks that own orchards.
My buddy HH, happens to know one of those pricks, and put trail cams on the escape routes.
He has pics of a cranker, but I can't find it.
:D

The NT looks very very young! He's one of those bucks you NEED to let go to grow. He'll be an absolute cranker in a couple of years. Right now with the milk still on his lips, he's barely a mid 160's NT.

I agree, look at the body on that baby. he will be big if you give him a few years. the typical looks decent with a little weight and a nice bend to his frame. i would still wait for a bigger one!

If they don't get pinched, I'd love to have more time to let them grow up. They have lots of food, that's for sure. They have to avoid drawing attention to themselves, and walking around in broad daylight is not the way to go about that. :D

Their summer outerwear is a bit deceiving, but beauty bucks! I like the junky one the best, don't think i could pass one for the other.
