Moose hunting in 7-12

Now I'm getting worried hunting the Finger Lake area and into 7-11 seem one calf and a cow a coyote,3 whitetail does 3 mile does and a spike which I would not shoot any body point me in a better direction I am here till Sat morning it is frustrating had a skiff of snow this morn and s huge windstorm but the next few days look sunny and cool I am hoping to have some pics of a downed moose to share

7-12 A or 7-12 B? got an LEH or GOS? that long swampy area heading nw from the gold road had no action in it? How about up the finger north road? Grizzly lake off the bobtail? Check out the swamps along the riparian areas coming out of the North end of Graveyard lake, or Bobtail lake. There are some good swamps in the old Frank fire that have traditionally held moose, a bit higher in elevation but you never know!! Float Tatuk or Finger lake in a boat and cow call, might get a good response, the rut is going good right now! Persistence will pay off. The moose hunting is just starting to get good, call at first light, a bull will show up! Get off the Kluskus FSR and onto the side roads, and hit the swamps and Marshes, and call!! Moosin

Thanks moosin we have stayed off the kluskus only go traveling it was a good morn though -5 still a bit of snow on the ground I thought I died and went to heaven this morn at about 7 saw 4 black grand pianos on the hillside by the time I got within 200 yds they turned into 3 cows and a calf

old advice, but travel the 600 road, get away from swamps now..... look in the old burn and old clear cuts..... this time of year with the weather you are having we never found them in swamps......
