Harrison road conditions?

Thinking of heading up the west side of Harrison lake to look around.is the road passable in a compact car?..Thanks

Haven't been up there lately but with all the logging and road maintenace/widening in the last year I'd say you'd be safe at least till 50 or so km.

Edit: Where does a guy get his hands on a bottle of old crow bourbon in the lower mainland? I need a break from the Beam..

If you're leaving from the Harrison side it's pretty rocky. I did a few weeks ago in a Sidekick and made it fine, but it was bumpy and dusty. From the end of the lake to Pemberton it's fine for anything, but Harrison to the top of the lake in a compact car? Might be kind of hard on the car. If it's a beater then give 'er.
