I just picked up the new Lockdown X bino holder . I have tried the Sitka, Badlands and Bino Buddy holders in the past. They all have their uses but I returned them all, unhappy with their overall features. This Lockdown has impressed me enough so far that I wont return it. Its very easy to access your binos with one hand. You can let them hang off the shockcords just like using your regular strap or you can secure them for running or belly crawling, very easily. I havent tried the harness with my backpack yet but it looks like it shouldnt interfere. I will take it for a walk this weekend see for sure.

Depends what you want, as far as stright bino harnesses are concerned yes they are top of the line. I prefer a pouch and this http://alaskaguidecreations.com/binopack.htm

Is tough to beat

Yeah I've been using one of the Alaska Guide Pouches for a few years now. Three things could be improved. First, there is no strap to independently hold the binos so you have to put them into the pack every time, second they are noisy getting hte binos in and out of the pack (interior is nylon), third a magnet closure instead of the buckle would be great.
