Here is a knfe that a friensd of mine made, There are very few guys that can build a damasus blade these days much less o that can put a predetermined pattern in the steel.http://i1128.photobucket.com/albums/m497/saddlemaker/DSC_0887-1.jpg?t=1348846145

Also here is an outstanding fifle stock for those that appreciate fine artistry and craftmanship. Still having trouble actually getting a pic to post.

He gets 800+ for the damascus but he prefers his carbon steel for using knives. $450. I have one of those for hunting and my wife uses one in the kitchen all the time. We love them !!

I have a friend who has a small forge and makes his Damascus steel for knives he builds . It is quite the process , but the designs are amazing. I really like the looks of that steel too.
