firearm storage

I was wondering if it is legal to store my registered legal non restricted firearms at a friend or relatives house ,they have a pal and my firearms will be stored in a safe ?if not does anyone know of a storage facility that allows firearms to be stored ? thank you

If they have a pal theres no reason you cant. They could even say they own it now that the registry is gone

Agreed, if the person has a PAL and can safely store it there is no problem.

As a side note your non-restricted firearm is no longer registered since the registry has been terminated. That is unless you live in Quebec.

Yea I've always stored my rifles and shotguns at my dad's house/safe. I have 3 little kids and no need to have them at my house. I have a key to his place and the safe, so its always worked out great. I keep the ammo locked away at my house though.

You could store them at a non PAL owners house too, if they were locked in a safe and you had the only key.
