Testing a new Target

Triing out this target ... seems to stop my arrows very well ...
the 3 in the middle are 313 grain lightspeeds doing 315 ish .. tipped with glue in nibs ... my 3D setup
the one on the right is a Darkhorse Stud weighing 355 grains ... doing 320fps ... tipped with a G5 outdoors T3 mechanical Broadhead


Its lightweight at a hair less than 10 pounds ... 16" x18" 19" if I recall right ... handle .. not just a molded rope ... my 4year old daughter picked it up and moved it around with fair amount of ease

how far were you shooting? that looks like a nice target with a good bulls eye.

Similar to a good Rinehart target with a well lubed arrow (totally differant material tho).... Even the DarkHorse removes nice ...
I dont know if you have ever shot a DH ... But if you have you know full well that most targets the removeal is a B***h because of their coating that makes it great for hunting ... and actually promotes passthrus .... (dont stick to meat etc... but everything else its burns into)

So I have been shooting the hell outta this for the last 2.5weeks ... triing to wreck it or at least blow through it with both my compounds... my stick and heavy wooden arrows ... my daughters ecurve and her skinny little knitting needles .... I pounded 1 dot everyday I have been home since I got it with 60 arrows ... per day .... ..lets call it 840 arrows at the center dot .... there isnt a portible target I have shot before that succucombed to this kinda pounding on one dot with fast compound bows ... that I wasnt at least poking the the tips through the other side ... buring the arrow up to and past the fletches ... or just passing through ... amoung the area abuse from my stick ... and my daughters shooting ... in the 13/14 + days ... a total of about 1500 arrrows went into it ... you can tell its been shot ... but its not shot up ... I am impressed thus far ....
