Great Sausage Makers in the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley

Guys, three of us have 3 does tags. We already have our meat buck and want these does for Sausage. The trouble is that the sausage ive been getting in the past from the local butchers isnt up to what I want. I am prepared to a butcher mince it up, but who can help me with a great Sausage maker. I want some skinny Pepperoni, some great Ukraine, and whatever other specialties they recomend? Ill need him for monday for the does are going down this weekend!

Try Bonetti Meats on 248th north of Faser Hwy in Langley...call Dino , I am very happy with their sausage .....
Also DiMassimo's is supposed to be great as well,just haven't tried them yet.....
Make an effort to get them shrink packed as they freeze better...

One word: DiMassimo's Touble is, as he's up to him ears in dead critters, he might be a little busy right now.

He's cut one moose for me and has done two different kinds of sauasage.

Yup...Mikes the man....if you bone out you meat and freeze it in 25 pound lots, he can do up at a later date for you...!!!

DiMassimo's, he did my bear into pepperoni and i couldn't keep the stuff in the fridge, my kids ate it and even my wife ate it and she won't touch any game meat.

I have taken 4 deer this year to Ennis Farms in Langley (216 st and 40 ave). They did a great job on all their cuts and sausage.

Another vote for Weymouth Meats in Matsqui. Great moose, deer, bear, and duck/goose sausage. Highly recommended. Definitely call first though as he is busy like everybody.

Johnstons Butcher Shop on Vedder rd. has been doing game this fall as well! I personally recomend them as they can look after your needs from most types of sausage and jerky all done on site! They are under new management and they have their original sausage maker..

I have heard that Larry at Weymouth is a great guy and cuts like the best, but I thought he passed his Sausage making to Penguin in White Rock??
Who I know first hand makes a mean sausage, but I still prefer Meatman!!
