erikas biggest spring

My youngest daughter and I were dragging cut plugs around at Port renfrew last weekend when Whamo the big one hit. Erika did a great job fighting this very lively fish. A 1/2 hr and a 1/2 mile later we netted this beauty.

37 Lbs. Her biggest by 5 lbs. Made a good day for me.

Nice work folks! Was it a white spring? I found that most of my larger fish out of PR were always white, no idea why...

Thanks. Very exciting. It was marbled about 70% white, pink in the middle. Mm,mm,mm.
