Does anybody know what are the prices for a wolf pelt?I have the opportunity to purchase a somewhat black wolf pelt and the asking price is $350.It is all legit and there is no problems.The seler is a legit trapper.

If he was a sealer i would've bought a seal pelt instead.

I think that's a fairly reasonable price depending on the age of the pelt and the size

Wolf pelts sold at auction last year for an average of $164... hopefully that helps you decide.

If it's tanned and a decent size ,that seems like a reasonable price.

if you contact any of the northern outfitters,most of them have tanned wolf pelts for around 300 bucks, try going through goabc website and send out some e-mails. they are mostly caught by trappers and is part of a program between the bc trappers asso & the guide and outfitters asso. all the hides have been skinned for taxidermy work.
