Dog Boots

Hello all,

I have a German Wirehair Pointer and am in the market for some durable dog boots. There are a lot of cactus in the areas that I hunt and would love to be able to avoid my dog from getting them in his paws. I am looking for input, opinions and others experience. what material, height etc should I look for? I would think that neoprene would attract cactus.
