504 bc moose?

Anyone been up to 504 b/c ? 12 days till we leave for our group moose hunt :grin: . Just woundering how its looking. Any FN problems ?

Had the late draw in that area a couple of years ago...didn't even see a damn moose! Hopefully there's more around there at this time of year for ya...good luck!

HUNT the water last year a friend of mine had the draw, hunt the water holes, he found beds right in the lake. Took two trips but he got his.

Three years ago I hunted it and saw only one cow moose. I would not go back to that area personally, but that's just me. The moose we did see was near a small river. Early October. 9 days. Great scenery though. Good luck

Had great scenery last year when we screwed up and ended up with a 504a draw. Then we learned what the Nemiah valley crew was first hand and called it a trip a week early. Hoping that doesn't happen this year and we can at least enjoy the trip.

had the draw last year, saw 6 cows an calves in 4 days but struck out. Another fellow in our camp site took a nice young bull that was with a couple others. we have gone there quite a few times but only tagged out once and came close another. good luck
