and the bartender says "No, I was talking to the duck!"
Hello my fellow duck hunters. I am new to the game and just experienced my first opening day shotgun start just outside of Williams Lake. What a RUSH! I am looking for advice as where to go that does not take 7 hours to get there. I am 40 and am looking for some hunter mentoring. As this will be my first full season of many I would like to be taught as much as possible by experienced hunters.. I would like to be able to join in some upcoming hunts if anyone is willing to have me tag along. If not some advice as where to go. I do not have a dog so retrieving from lakes or ponds will be tough. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
