Enjoying this great weather

What a great September this has been. I have been trying to enjoy this weather and explore the Campbell River area (I am working here for one year) as much as possible. Tonight myself and my son explored some logging roads and came upon this little range. Luckily I had my 22 (hey, I may have seen a grouse) for some target practice. I found a clay pigeon to use as a target and had a pretty good 30 yard shot; watch out grouse!

We had my son's bow and had some fun with that. He is a real natural (he is 6 years old). It was a great father/son night.

If that is the spot I think it is I don't like the fact that the road circles directly behind those targets.
