My boat in Leighton lake

Hello,

Going up to leighton lake this weekend for some Hunting/fishing. I've been once before in the winter while the lake was frozen over, but I have never been this time of year. Apperantly there is a launch and there are no HP restrictions. is it safe for my 14' (30HP prop)? It looks like a small lake...

I've fished it in a nine foot plywood punt with oars, so you shouldn't have too many problems with your set up.

AS you said, it's not a big lake, easy to fish with a much smaller set-up, but I've seen bigger boats on it.

Now that I've re-read my post, I get what it sounds like. My concern was if the boat was to big, if there is a lot of debris in the lake or just not deep enough to launch...
