Fort St Johhn

Hey

I have just moved to Fort St. John. I am not asking for specific spots. I have gone up to the halfway river rd went to the end were it came along a creek and then met a guy pulling a horse trailer told me there was a gate ahead and that was private property but did not see anything. I have also been up 135rd a bit as well as the Tommy Lakes rd. Any advice or help would be great for any area.

There is a lot of places around, you just got to put some time in exploring. I got a backroads map and do research on google earth. Sometimes I have more fun finding new places than hiking the same old ones. I always run into guys out at the halfway, its a busy place early in the season.

how are the moose populations up there. is it better lower down or up more.
