help with regs?

so i am reading the regs . (geese canada and cackling) sept 01 2021 -sept 09 2013 ? to me that reads open for more then one year (374 days) not just 9 days?

hey thanx photonuts didnt know there was a correction web link. man there is a ton of mistakes in the synopsis. i hope people realize these mistakes, and the season are not open for 374 days .OMG
