Scouting trip

Spent 36 hrs in the bush this week up in clearwater and sheridan lk area scouting the area out . Was movement at first light up until about 830 am then no movement all day until about 630. Seen lots of small bucks and a couple 4 points but not too much moving up there yet, just thought id share what i seen up in the area dont know how much help it will b to you guys but some info is better then none im still new to hunting and appreciate all the info i get off this site . scouting can be lotsa fun. just recently in the last week the animals have been moving wayy more then this summer...

Grouse, thank you for that, im heading north of the cabins with 3 youth hunters, I figured get in the truck around 5am hunt till 9 then back to the cabin? Was the evening hunt worth heading back out? We are expecting sunny and warmish so figure day hunting is out unless we look for a bruin!

Yes the evening saw the most movement from about 6 until last light definately worth the drive back out imho. I try to help as much as i can since the ppl on this site have helped answer many o my question i try to give back as much as i can even though ive only hunted 2 yrs myself good luck to the youths !!
